Document Storage:

The safe storage of important documents in secure vaults with electronic registration so that clients record the existence & location of their Will(s) in the national archive. You receive a certificate of safe custody with custody retrieval cards for your executors.

Letter of Wishes:

A letter written by LevLaw intended to advise executors and / or trustees of the client's intentions in relation to management of trusts or disposal of estate. This is not legally binding.

Severance of Tenancy - mutual or unilateral Severance of Joint Tenancy:

A Deed of Severance with Land Registry search, documentation & registration that enables joint owners of a house to change the ownership from joint tenancy to tenants in common so they can gift their separate share of the house to those they wish to benefit (if land is unregistered, we advise to register the house with the Land Registry).

Remove a deceased joint owner from the property record at HM Land Registry:

Assist with the preparation and submission of the Deceased Joint Proprietor (DJP) form.

First registration of unregistered Land or Property.
